Neuron Solutions was founded just over three years ago. In the beginning, five of us were involved in building client relationships, creating content and delivering training sessions for the AI training courses that were a hit topic since the beginning, and building the first actual AI solutions for our clients.
Fortunately, since then, more and more businesses have recognised the potential of AI or the fact that “if you miss out, you miss out”. Which has resulted in increasing amount of work and number of projects now running in parallel.
Our clients and partners now include businesses in business consultancy, media, electronics manufacturing, engineering, IT, real estate and education. Of course, these varied industries and assignments require a larger team in terms of both capacity and expertise. Altogether now we are a team of 14 (!!!), including “external” experts and trainees who were involved for single assignments.
The majority of our colleagues joined us during the pandemic period when face-to-face meetings had to be minimised. So we have several data scientists who have only been seen for months not only by clients but also by our colleagues via Zoom.
However, we finally got to the point to take a deep breath, setting aside a day to take a break from all projects and bring the whole team together to meet each other in person and talk through all the ongoing projects.
It was a real team- and even company-building day, which we now need to repeat regularly!
