We at Neuron Solutions firmly believe that AI is a transformative technology which is going to have an increasingly significant impact on each area of businesses. It can improve any aspect of the enterprise from new product development through manufacturing to customer relationship and marketing, just to quote a couple of examples. Therefore, we suggest that enterprises should include the company-wide extensive application of AI among their long-term strategic objectives.
One of the criteria of utilising AI in everyday business practice is of course that the staff and other stakeholders of the enterprise should have sufficient knowledge about it. In fact, the right approach without misconceptions and fears should be an inherent part of the company culture. Let us draw a parallel with internet: when we first heard about it in the 90’s, many of us regarded the internet as part of a subculture or tool for hackers with obscure intentions, at best as source of tabloid news, but not really as a corporate communication system, knowledge base or opportunity to fundamentally change commerce and trading.
In an ideal case, the company which has already decided to use or at least considers introducing AI organises training for management concerned about the “go decision” and for experts mandated to select initial application areas and run implementation projects as a first step before taking practical steps and decisions. Our aim is that our clients and partners understand AI to use it in everyday business practice.
