Last week IVSZ, the ICT Association of Hungary held a highly successful online conference titled SMART. Associated with SMART there were a couple of side-events and meetups our of which one, the interactive workshop „AI In Practice” was ran by two of our associates Gyula Kovács managing director and Ottó Werschitz who is also active as AI expert at IVSZ.
In the workshop we gave an overview on how AI can support various areas of the operations of any ventures. Taking the example of a small bakery „just around the corner” we demonstrated that AI should not only be available for large high-tech companies.
After a brief AI introduction, together with the participants we identified what data can be found in our imaginary bakery and how these data can be used to train AI models for enhance procurement, cooking, storing, retail sales or food delivery functions for example by optimising stocks, reducing production waste and improving customer satisfaction.
All of this to make sure that our baked products are always crispy…
