Our colleague, Ottó talked to the technology magazine IT-Business about how to calculate the probability of a future event or in other words predictive analytics, which is one of the most significant application areas of artificial intelligence. In the everyday life of the businesses, the application examples can be the prediction of machine failure or finding out what marketing action will have a positive effect on a given customer’s behaviour. The article based on this interview enlists a variety of cases from healthcare to services and manufacturing industries to sports.
